With CINav, we contribute to the promotion of the naval and maritime industry.

Context.

The Campus des Industries Navales (CINav) is an association aimed at meeting the recruitment needs in terms of volume and skills for industries located in the employment areas of maritime regions.

CINav is based in Brest and operates throughout France, working with institutional bodies and educational establishments related to the naval and maritime industry.

After rebranding in 2022 and to address the association's evolving needs, CINav approached us for the redesign of its website and the Navire des Métiers subdomain, as well as for technical support.

Challenge.

Design a custom, high-performance website that enhances CINav's image and facilitates the intuitive and clear dissemination of information to distinct target audiences: institutional bodies, partners, learners, and career professionals.
Build an ergonomic and user-friendly content management environment to enable CINav teams to independently manage their dynamic content, moderate forms, and operate the Navire des Métiers booking tool.

The CINav website and the map of certified training programs.

Iterative web design: ergonomic study, site structure definition, user journey mapping, wireframes, and graphic mockups
Custom development of the certified training programs map with Mapbox: import of existing data, automatic import of validated training programs through the certification request form, dynamic display of institutions and programs with an advanced filtering system

Custom development of the booking system for the Navire des Métiers Expo: automatic generation of time slots, definition, and management of constraints based on the type of reservation
